Brian's Detail Services LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you submit the estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address and job details you enter, including whether you indicated interest in a recurring wash plan. We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you become a customer, to schedule and carry out the work.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics collects standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source. IP addresses are anonymised. It does not tell us who you are.
Cookies and consent
Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them. The notice that appears on your first visit uses Google Consent Mode, which means analytics and advertising storage are set to denied until you choose otherwise. Your choice is stored in your browser and honoured on later visits. Declining does not affect any part of the site.

What we do not do

Text and call consent
By submitting the estimate form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by telling us on the phone.
Data retention
Estimate requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (561) 281-5343 and we will handle it. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
