Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Brian's Detail Services LLC and to your use of this website. By requesting an estimate or booking work, you agree to them.

Services

We provide mobile boat detailing, marine ceramic coating, gelcoat oxidation removal, boat wash plans, and window tinting for homes, commercial buildings and boats. We do not provide automotive detailing or automotive window tinting.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information you provide about the boat or property, including its size and condition. If what we find on arrival differs materially from what was described, we will tell you before starting and give you a revised number to accept or decline. We will not perform additional chargeable work without your approval.

Scheduling and access

You are responsible for arranging safe, lawful access to the boat or property, including gate codes, marina permissions, dock access and a water source where one is needed. If we cannot access the work site at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule.

Work is weather dependent. Detailing, coating and film installation all require suitable conditions, and we may reschedule to protect the quality of the result.

Cancellation

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Recurring wash plans have no contract or minimum term and can be paused or stopped by telling us.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Condition of the boat or property

Gelcoat, paint, vinyl, canvas, glass and window film all age. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, previous repairs, failing seals, aged or degraded materials, or defects that only become visible once a surface is cleaned or corrected. Where we identify a condition that we believe cannot be safely improved, we will tell you rather than proceed.

Please remove valuables and personal items before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left aboard.

Results and warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Beyond that, services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer warranty on a coating or window film is provided by that manufacturer on its own terms, and we will tell you what applies before it goes on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use.

Photography

We photograph our own work and may use those photographs on this website and on social media. Photographs are of the boat or property, not of people, and we do not publish owner names, registration numbers, hull identification numbers or addresses. If you would prefer we did not photograph your boat, tell us and we will not.

Website content

The text, photographs, layout and code on this site belong to Brian's Detail Services LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Reviews quoted on this site are taken from public Google reviews and are attributed as such.

Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with screen readers, with descriptive image text, visible focus indicators, a skip link and support for reduced-motion settings. If you have trouble using any part of it, call or text (561) 281-5343 and we will help you directly and fix the problem.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its date.
